How to return an item
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll reply with a return label and the address to send it to.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping
You pay the return postage. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we cover it: email us a photo and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our mistake.
